Every time God sees -- sees the affliction, the lack, the need -- in the lives of His people, He provides. And God always sees:

He that planted the ear, shall he not hear?
He that formed the eye, shall he not see?
--Psalm 94:9

In the story of Abraham and Isaac, the Lord said to Abraham, "Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you" (Genesis 22:2). As they went Isaac inquired about the lamb for the sacrifice; Abraham responded:
And Abraham said, my son,
God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering:
so they went both of them together.
--Genesis 22:8

And after God provided a lamb for the sacrifice (Genesis 22:13):

And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah-jireh.
As it is said to this day,
In the mount of Jehovah it will be provided.
--Genesis 22:8 (American Standard Bible)

The word translated as provide is the Hebrew word yir·'eh meaning to see, from the root raah

And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah-jireh
as it is said to this day,
In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen.
--Genesis 22:8 (King James Version)

God saw Abraham's faith, obedience and the need for a lamb for the sacrifice, and God provided a lamb for the sacrifice. Again, when Abraham sent Hagar away, God heard her affliction and blessed her (Genesis 16:10-11):

And she called the name of the LORD that spoke unto her,
You God, see me: for she said, Have I also here seen him that sees me?
--Genesis 16:13

The word translated as see in this verse is the Hebrew word ra·'i·ti from the same root raah as in Genesis 22:8. So, here again, God saw Hagar's affliction, her need, and he responded with a solution for her situation.

"But if God has been seeing all this while, why hasn't He provided?" Have you been walking in this revelation? Present to God your strong reasons with this new revelation, in faith, and watch Him uphold the integrity of His word!

Because Jesus Himself said:

“Therefore do not worry, saying,
‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’
For after all these things the Gentiles seek.
For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness,
and all these things shall be added to you.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
--Matthew 6:31-34

The word know is the greek word oida meaning to have seen, perceived, hence to know

So: don't worry! God knows! He has seen what you need and He will provide! Let these words sink deep into your spirit and build up your faith. He has seen. He knows what you need. And as you obey Him, and seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, He will add all these other things to you because He knows what you need!

The God we serve, who is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8), is the God who sees and because He sees, He will provide whatever we need in that situation.
Remember God sees = God Provides
